Rob joined The Robert Green Company in 2019 as Asset Manager, bringing with him a wide spectrum of skills and over 40 years of experience as a luxury hospitality executive. Beginning his career at the fabled Royal Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Rob then joined the new Four Seasons Hotel Company (with its original twelve hotels). Throughout his 30-year career with Four Seasons, Rob held senior management positions focused on marketing & sales and pre-opening development for hotels, resorts and residence clubs.
In 2014, Rob was commissioned as Managing Director to lead the revitalization of the iconic Golden Door Spa Resort – taking it to the ranking of #1 Destination Spa in the World. With over four decades of luxury hospitality tenure, his extensive knowledge provides expertise in market evaluation, revenue generation, operations management and project relationships.
