As Chief Financial Officer for The Robert Green Company, Kathy brings 25+ years of experience working for developers, owners and operators of various types of Real Estate ranging from land, student housing, residential, commercial and fractional. Kathy monitors The Robert Green Company’s financial condition and internal controls, works with principals to prepare budgets, supports the risk management function and serves as liaison for tax and audit compliance. Kathy also serves as the company’s Director of Human Resources. Kathy is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida and a licensed broker in the State of California. Kathy holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Florida.
