Situated at the
base of the world renowned Jackson Hole Ski Resort in
Jackson,
Wyoming, the Four Seasons Resort
Jackson Hole is a five star luxury resort combining hotel and a
residential mix of whole ownership and fractional condominiums.
The project was
designed to blend Wyoming’s
strong western heritage with the level of richness and
sophistication of a luxury Four Seasons Resort. Situated amongst 6.8
acres of aspens and tall pines, the building’s exterior features
natural stone with a combination of horizontal wood siding, heavy
timber and vertical board and bat. The interiors are rich in natural
wood and stone, and furnished in soft leather, sculpted metal and
wood furnishings.
The Robert Green
Company’s responsibilities encompassed all facets of the resort
development, including: due diligence, land acquisition and
entitlement, development entity formation, financial pro-forma
modeling, hotel operator contract negotiation, acquisition of equity
and debt, design supervision, construction management and FF&E
coordination.
